Gail Howarth, co-owner of Healing Options, has been practicing massage therapy since 2002. She received her massage training at South Jersey School of Muscle Therapy, is Licensed with the State of NJ and a Board Certified Therapist. Her massage skills include Swedish Integrated, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Tui Na and prenatal/pregnancy massage. Gail has completed training in Reiki I and II and enjoys application of this energy work. She was also the massage therapist in Hospice Unit for JFK Hospital in 2004 and 2005. Gail believes massage therapy is beneficial in helping create and maintain physical and emotional wellness.
